Our leadership training with horses programs provide a dynamic process of building leadership and self-awareness skills through horse-human interactions.

Business owners along with managers who wish to experience accelerated learning in areas of team building, leadership and relationship development seek out our Coaching with Horses programs.

Our workshops take place with very friendly horses.  These courses are “ground work” – no riding involved. All levels from pure beginners to horse lovers are welcome and we guarantee FUN and gentle self reflection.

Why Horses?

Horses are wise mentors in this unique type of work. Their instincts become instant mirrors and non-judgmental feedback mechanisms for humans. Horses sense and respond to a person’s intentions, emotions and thoughts that are conveyed subconsciously through body language. Through the experience of observing a horse’s response to their requests and directions, each person learns how to communicate more effectively, face their fears and manage their emotions, and become more consistent and congruent with their actions.

Through observation and one-on-one interaction with individual horses, participants learn new relationship building skills. A tremendous confidence boost comes from learning how to connect with and direct a one-thousand-pound animal while standing on the ground. Sessions with horses are highly interactive and provide an ‘in the moment’ learning experience.

The feedback of our four-legged training partners is not influenced by outer signs of power like titles or career paths. The horse is always honest, cannot play tactics. It always mirrors whether our internal attitude corresponds with our actions. It adopts and shows our emotions, our mood and reveals social competence.

Horses are unbiased and give absolute clear feedback. Horses do not think or act like humans. They simply and only react based on their perception faculty, which is used primarily for assessing other living beings and for survival.

Horses accept authenticity and social competence. They follow the one who is clear, inside and outside. This is exactly what we use to our advantage.

has over 30 years of riding experience. She was born in the Netherlands where she started riding and then subsequently  moved to Belgium, Spain, England, Dubai, Ireland, Switzerland and Italy. She owns Sandy and Artista.
Bianca’s objective is to train people to be confident and horses to be safe. She leads people to connect and communicate with horses without coercion, but rather using a language that is naturally understandable for the horse.
She believes that dealing with horses in the correct way can offer great self-confidence to human-beings along with  allowing the human being to achieve a true trustful relationship with this magnificent animal that the horse is.
Bianca riding career started with traditional English riding style (BHSE). During her travelling she also acquired experience and knowledge in Spanish Riding and Western riding. She is now based in Switzerland and therefore has obtained the Patent of Equestrian Sports from the Swiss Equestrian Federation.
Bianca speaks Dutch, English, German, Italian and Spanish.
Moving away from traditional training techniques she started to focus more and more on how the relationship between Humans and Horses could be improved. Understanding and confidence inevitably lead to successful results. This concept is applied in the leadership training courses.
Uta Bonacker Regazzoni:

Uta grew up with horses and team sports with horses. As a teenager already she was part of the German horse bare back vaulting team (gymnastics on horses). Her equipe won the German Championships and was Germany’s representative in the World Championships in San Francisco, when she was 15 years old.
Her studies and first 10 years of her career are in training, learning psychology and didactics. She worked at various colleges, universities (Neue Universität Berlin, New York University).
During the second part of her career she conducted countless management trainings, as senior HR Executive, she combined her passion for horses and people with her management skills and now offers together with Bianca this exciting course program.
Uta owns one horse (Lucinda, see left) and goes riding on an almost daily basis.
Her philosophy: riding and dealing with horses is the best management school: give clear input, be honest, be gentle and respectful, give all you can give and your horse will do everything for you. The same applies to leadership. People only follow authentic, fair and clear people. Once your people want to give you everything, you will achieve the best company performance.
