Our leadership training with horses programs provide a dynamic process of building leadership and self-awareness skills through horse-human interactions.

Our workshops take place with very friendly horses. These courses are “ground work” – no riding involved. All levels from pure beginners to horse lovers are welcome and we guarantee FUN and gentle self reflection.

Horses are wise mentors in this unique type of work. Their instincts become instant mirrors and non-judgmental feedback mechanisms for humans. Horses sense and respond to a person’s intentions, emotions and thoughts that are conveyed subconsciously through body language. Through the experience of observing a horse’s response to their requests and directions, each person learns how to communicate more effectively, face their fears and manage their emotions, and become more consistent and congruent with their actions.
Through observation and one-on-one interaction with individual horses, participants learn new relationship building skills. A tremendous confidence boost comes from learning how to connect with and direct a one-thousand-pound animal while standing on the ground. Sessions with horses are highly interactive and provide an ‘in the moment’ learning experience.
The feedback of our four-legged training partners is not influenced by outer signs of power like titles or career paths. The horse is always honest, cannot play tactics. It always mirrors whether our internal attitude corresponds with our actions. It adopts and shows our emotions, our mood and reveals social competence.
Horses are unbiased and give absolute clear feedback. Horses do not think or act like humans. They simply and only react based on their perception faculty, which is used primarily for assessing other living beings and for survival.
Horses accept authenticity and social competence. They follow the one who is clear, inside and outside. This is exactly what we use to our advantage.
