The company was founded by Uta Bonacker Regazzoni in 2013.
The Team consists of 7 international Top Managers that combine a total of 9 citizenships: German, Swiss, Italian, Dutch, British, Russian, US American, Lebanese and French. Two of our consultants have a PhD and also teach at Universities to share their business knowledge with students (read more under “Partners”).
Uta's background is 10 years in training and 15 years in HR Management roles, such as Head of Human Resources at Hugo Boss, HR Director at Ermenegildo Zegna and VP Human Resources at Guess and also 4 years in the Medical Sector.
Uta originally comes from Germany and also holds the Swiss citizenship. She runs her business in three languages: Italian, English and German.
She attained two University Degrees, one in HR Management from the ZFU, near Zurich, and one in Learning Psychology/Didactics/Literature from the Free University of Berlin.
Uta has lived and worked in the USA, UK, Germany, Switzerland and Italy and operates her own business from her base in Ticino, Switzerland, home since 2000.
